TYPE AND INTENSITY OF PROPOSED USE: A Site Specific Development Plan and an Amended Special Review permit for expansion of existing USR-397, for the mining of sand and gravel and conveyance of the materials under State Highway 119 to amend USR-809 site in the A (Agricultural)zone district. LOCATION: South of and adjacent to State Highway 119; approximately 1/2 mile west of Weld County Road 7. SIZE: 154.5 acres, more or less.
