NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Weld County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 1996, at 1:30
p.m. for the purpose of considering a Site Specific Development Plan and Site Specific Development Plan
and an Amended Special Review permit for expansion of existing USR-397, for the mining of sand and gravel
and conveyance of th for the property described below. Approval of the request may create a vested property
right pursuant to Colorado Law.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Located in Section 9, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
TYPE AND INTENSITY OF PROPOSED USE: A Site Specific Development Plan and an Amended Special
Review permit for expansion of existing USR-397, for the
mining of sand and gravel and conveyance of the materials
under State Highway 119 to amend USR-809 site in the A
(Agricultural)zone district.
LOCATION: South of and adjacent to State Highway 119; approximately 1/2 mile west of Weld County
Road 7.
SIZE: 154.5 acres, more or less.
The public hearing will be held in the Weld County Commissioners' Hearing Room, First Floor, Weld County
Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado. Comments or objections related to the above
request should be submitted in writing to the Weld County Department of Planning Services, 1400 N. 17th
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, before the above date or presented at the public hearing on November
19, 1996.

public hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the
time specified. All persons in any manner interested in the Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit are requested to attend and may be heard.
Should the applicant or any interested party desire the presence of a court reporter to make a
record of the proceedings, in addition to the taped record which will be kept during the hearing, the
Clerk to the Board shall be advised in writing of such action at least five days prior to the hearing.
The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting party.
