Gentlemen:
This is to inform you Antonio Hernandez, owner of Westview Liquors will not be renewing his Retail
Liquor Store License at this time. Mr. Hernandez informed me by phone that a CDOT Project to
widen 10th Street in Greeley has resulted in the loss of his property; therefore, Westview Liquors
was closed. He also informed me he will be applying in the future at another location, possibly in
Evans or Greeley.
