AUTHORIZATION POSTING NOTICE
OF SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTIES:
On motion duly made and seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that Lu M. Flack, Acting Clerk to the Board be and she
is hereby authorized and directed to post notice of sale of County Properties to
be held November 20 , 19 61 , as required by law.
The resolution was adopted by the following vote:

and says: That she is a citizen of Weld County, Colorado and fully qualified,
that by virtue of the authority of a resolution of the Board of County Commission-
ers of Veld County, Colorado, passed October 13,_ , 19 61 , she did duly
and substantionally post a true copy of the attached notice "Properties For Sale
At Public Auction" on October 13 , 1961 , upon the public bulletin
board located in the basement hallway of the Court House Building at Greeley, Veld
County, Colorado.
