The Board of County Commissioners has directed the Building Inspection Department to continue
to perform inspections in the Town of Erie for all building permits that were issued prior to March 1,
1995, until June 1, 1995. After this date, no further inspections will be conducted by the County.
It will be the responsibility of Erie to notify all current town permit holders of the Town's intention
to terminate the agreement between the County and the Town. The County will only conduct
inspections until June 1, 1995. After this date all of Erie's permits and plans will be returned to you.
