RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1957 - BARRON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 10th
day of May, 1995, considered the request of Francisco Barron, 13909 Weld County Road 18.5, Fort
Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a
parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 18, Aristocrat Ranchettes
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that
said request should be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to the occupancy of the mobile home, the applicant shall apply for and receive
a cistem permit approved by the Weld County Health Department. Said permit shall
be renewed on an annual basis in accordance with the rules and regulations of the
Weld County Health Department. The applicant shall tap into a public water system
once such system is available to the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Francisco Barron for permission to place a mobile home to
be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted
subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.

water. This water can be purchased at the City Shops, 800 12th
Street, Fort Lupton, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for $.75 per 100
gallons from a coin -operated dispensing machine.
(2) Potable water can also be purchased at two privately -owned water
dispensing machines; Water Perfection at 240 1st Street, and TJ's
Express Conoco station at 804 Denver Avenue.

Subject: ZPMH - 1957, A Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home to be used as a Principal Dwelling.
Dear Mr. Barron:
Your mobile home zoning permit application will be processed by our office on or before May 12,
1995. If it is determined that the application meets the approval criteria of Section 43 of the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance and you have submitted a petition with the signatures of at least 70%
of the surrounding property owners who have no objection to your request, you will be notified
that the zoning permit is approved. If the staff determines that the application does not meet the
approval criteria, you will be notified and asked to appear before the Board of County
Commissioners at a public hearing. You will be informed of the hearing date at least a week prior
to the hearing. The Board of County Commissioners will then consider your application and
make a final decision on the zoning permit for the mobile home.
