The Assessor's office asked permission from the County Commissioners
t.' have Dale Fruit paint some of the shelving, cabinets, nap holders,
and :ther items of furnishings while he had his crew at the job.
Originally this was to be peed directly by the county, however, we
have nad to take over Dale's payroll and feel it to be in cur interests
to have this run through our contract. Consequently, we are submitting
our statement for this additi_nal w rk in the aacunt cf %365.D0.

Ret Offices Remodeling for the Weld County Court House and Weld
County Services Building
Dear Claude:
The County Commissioners have asked us tc quote a price for building
a counter in the County Court Llerk's Office. The counter is to be
"L" shaped approximately 6' x 6' with counter top 34%" wide. The
counter top will be covered with mahogany patterned formica with the
face of the counter of mahogany plywood. included in our price are
provisions for 60 shelves with a cash drawer with lock. The price
for this will be $350.00.
Our quote for furnishing and installing doors to the toilet partitions
on the second floor of the Services Building in the Ladies Lounge
comes to $85.00. This includes reworking the present partitions to
accommodate the doors and provide lateral bracing for the partitions.

Dear Claude:
In accordance with the request of the County Commissioners we are
hereby quoting prices for the following work:
Paint Vault Room off County. Clerk Office $ 95.00
Paint walls in Evidence Room 3rd Floor,
District Court Clerk Office, District
Court Clerk Vault and Room East of Vault560.00
The Commissioners have given approval for this work at their meeting
January 20, 1965 and we will proceed as soon as possible.
The quotation from J 8 H Electric for installing three 8' fixtures
and three duplex outlets in the mimeograph room on the first floor
of the Court House is $230.00. We will need a decision on this item
soon in order to order the fixtures.
