The purpose of the hearing will be to review the Preliminary Plat for Coalridge Subdivision and to consider a change of zoning from A-1 (Agriculture)to R-1 (Single Family Residential). The Legal Description is attached. Copies of the Preliminary Plat and the Zoning Application are on file and available for Public inspection in the Town of Frederick Municipal Building, 401 Locust Street, Frederick, CO 80530.
