NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Frederick will hold a Public Hearing
commencing a 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 1996 in the Frederick Municipal
Building, 333 5th Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530. The purpose of the hearing will be
to review the Preliminary Plat for Coalridge Subdivision and to consider a change of
zoning from A-1 (Agriculture)to R-1 (Single Family Residential).
The Legal Description is attached.
Copies of the Preliminary Plat and the Zoning Application are on file and available for
Public inspection in the Town of Frederick Municipal Building, 401 Locust Street,
Frederick, CO 80530.
