The minutes of the meeting of )ct. 10, 1968, were read and annroved.
This being the first meeting after the regular election held in the
Listrict on January 7, 1969, and the Petard having under consideration
said election end all the ballots and all the returns from said election
having been received, proceeded to consider the notice given of said
election; and the board, from the evidence before it, found and determined
that notice of :raid election had been nronerly given as provided by law,
raid notice s ecifying the polling place in the District and giving the

That the following named persons were the three persons receiving
the highest number of votes in said election: oyveQ
Thereupon the following resolution was, upon motion made, duly se-
conded and unanimously carried, adopted by the Board as its declaraton
of results of said election:
WHEREAS, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January of
the odd -numbered years, is the day prescribed for the regular election
of directors, and
WHEREAS, the Board has met on the 13th day of -January, 1969,
being the first Monday after said regular election, for the ouroose
of canvassing the votes of said election, and has duly considered

election, and has duly canvassed the returns of said election in

the same in the records of the Board, a statement of the results of
said election in form and substance as provided by law and in words

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that an election will be held in
the STORMS LAKE DRAINAGE
DISTRICT on Tuesday, January
7, 1969, for the regular election of
three directors of said District,
each for a term of two years.
The voting place is: Donald
Winder residence, northwest of
Bracewell in said District.
The Election Judges are Henry
Klaus, Werner Detterer, and Don-
ald Winder.
The polls of said election shall
be opened at the hour of 8:00
o'clock in the forenoon of said
day, and shall be and remain op-
en until closed at the hour of 0:00
o'clock in the evening of said day.
