DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
GRANDVIEW HIGHLAND ESTATES:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public in
a subdivision known as Grandview Highland Estates, being a tract of land in
Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly
described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P. M., with two exceptions noted below:
We, Dale D. Dones and Judith Ann Dones, being the owner of Lot
15 in Grandview Highland Estates do hereby dedicate to Weld County
that portion of County Road 16 as shown on the accompanying plat
as well as 10 foot easements along all Lot lines:
I, H. K. Petersen,being owner of a 1/3 -acre Lot 75 feet wide, in
Lot No. 2, do hereby dedicate to Weld County that portion of County
Road No. 7 as shown on the accompanying plat.
Note: Reservation is hereby made of one -foot strip from 40 foot
roadway on the east and south sides of NW}:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public
roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided however,
that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads and rights -
of way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications
and accepted by the County.
The above and foregoing resolution wasp, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote: 2
