The state board will meet on Friday, January 9, 1998, at 1:00 p.m., in the
Legislative Services Building located at 200 E. 14th Avenue. Hearing Room A,
Denver, Colorado.
The state board will discuss issues related to the review of exempt properties
and the request by the Division for the consent of the State Board to request
additional information or challenge on the properties listed below:
Grace Korean Church
Crawford Friends Church
Pillar of Fire
Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church
Arvada Grace Fellowship
American Christian Church
and
The state board will review the recommendations made by SAC from their meeting
on December 18, 1997. One of the recommendations is concerning the Division's
Pipeline classification and valuation policy.
