HomeMy WebLinkAbout952526.tiffWeld County CO Clerk & Recorder 4,124711 36 RESOLUTION N RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR PLEASANT VIEW ACRES MINOR SUBDIVISION, S #340 - ALVIN GEIST, PRISTINE INV., JN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 27, 1993, the Board did approve an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements (Private Road Maintenance) with Pristine InvestmentsNerna lhnen for the Pleasant View Acres Minor Subdivision, concerning property described as being a portion of the NW% of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, personal check #1008, drawn on the Berthoud National Bank, in the amount of $32,340.00 was submitted to Weld County, and WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Weld County Department of Planning Services and the Weld County Attorney's Office, the Board deems it advisable to release the remaining collateral in the amount of $2,731.34, being retained by Weld County as warranty collateral for the construction of improvements in said subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the remaining collateral in the amount of $2,731.34 be, and hereby is, cancelled and released to Pristine Inv., JN. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.
