RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR PLEASANT VIEW
ACRES MINOR SUBDIVISION, S #340 - ALVIN GEIST, PRISTINE INV., JN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 27, 1993, the Board did approve an Improvements
Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements (Private Road Maintenance)
with Pristine InvestmentsNerna lhnen for the Pleasant View Acres Minor Subdivision, concerning
property described as being a portion of the NW% of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, personal check #1008, drawn on the Berthoud
National Bank, in the amount of $32,340.00 was submitted to Weld County, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Weld County Department of Planning Services and
the Weld County Attorney's Office, the Board deems it advisable to release the remaining collateral
in the amount of $2,731.34, being retained by Weld County as warranty collateral for the construction
of improvements in said subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the remaining collateral in the amount of $2,731.34 be, and hereby is,
cancelled and released to Pristine Inv., JN.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is,
directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 1995.

SUBJECT: S-340, Pleasant View Acres Minor Subdivision
Request for release of warranty collateral
Alvin Geist, Pristine Inv., JN, requests the release of $2,731.34 being retained by Weld County
as warranty collateral for the construction of improvements in Pleasant View Acres Minor
Subdivision (Part of the NW4 of Section 6, T4N, R68W, Weld County).
All requirements contained in the Improvements Agreement According Policy Regarding
Collateral for Improvements (Private road maintenance) have been met by the applicant. The
County Attorney's Office and Public Works Departments have no objection to the release of
funds.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners
approve release of warranty collateral to Mr. Geist.
