Location of Accident: Weld County Rd. 7
To Whom It May Concern:
We represent Eric Hanselman. He was involved in a motorcycle accident on Weld County
Rd. 7 where it intersects with the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. The wood planks between
the tracks were in severe disrepair. When Mr. Hanselman crossed the railroad tracks his
front fire went into a deep depression, flipping his motorcycle over, and severely injuring
him. Mr. Hanselman lives at 815 Argos Circle, Lafayette, Colorado 80026. The accident
occurred on November 25, 1995.
Pursuant to the Sovereign Immunity Statute you are hereby given notice of his claim for
injuries, specifically a fractured left elbow and a fractured left clavicle. He has undergone
surgery for the fracture to his elbow. He is hereby making a demand for $150,000.00.
