RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Undesirable Plant
Management Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Catherine Miller, William Erickson, and Ivan
Gilbaugh be reappointed to said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Catherine Miller, William
Erickson, and Ivan Gilbaugh to said commission, with their terms to expire August 19, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Catherine Miller, William Erickson, and Ivan Gilbaugh be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Undesirable Plant Management Advisory
Commission, with their terms to expire August 19, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of August, A.D., 1996.
