We hereby certify that we are Bonded P.bstracters in and for the above County and
State , and from an examination of our records, covering the following described
land in said County and State, to-wit :
Lots 1 and 2, in Block 182 in the City or Greeley. Lying within the
boundaries of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District . Subject
to the Easter Road Plan of the City of Greeley,
we find the owner of said land appears to be WELD COUNTY, organized as a body
corporate under the laws of the State of Colorado, acquired from Alonzo W.
Jacobs by virtue of Warranty Deed dated May 8, 1902 and recorded Iay 10, 1902
in Book 194 at page 487 of the Weld County Records.
We find no encumbrances on the above described land.
We find no mineral reservations on said land,
We find no Homestead entries on said land.
We find no judgments against Weld County
We further find no unredeemed tax sales on the above described lend .
(This Statement does not include certification as to 1957 taxes due and payable
in 1958.)
This Statement is lade for the benefit of the County Commissioners of yield County.
This Statement is not to be considered an opinion, and we assume no financial
liability by virtue thereof . The Financial liability assumed hereunder is
expressly limited to the fee paid for this Statement , viz: 4112.50.
