Enclosed is an application from B.F.Y. LLC for a Site Specific Development Plan for a Special Review Permit
for a Delivery Company with Warehousing for Customers and Recreational Vehicle Storage. The parcel of
land is described as Lot A of RE-1727, located in part of the SW4 of the NW4 of Section 5,Ti N, R67W of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is east and adjacent to Weld County Road 15, 1/4 mile south of Colorado State Highway 52.
The application is submitted for your review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing
of the application. Please reply by September 18, 1996, so that we may give full consideration to your
