RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR
HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE, WITH EXTENDED HOURS, FROM
MICHELLE L. JOHNSON, INC., DBA MICHELLE'S SALOON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for a Temporary Permit for a
Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, with extended hours, from Michelle L. Johnson, Inc., dba
Michelle's Saloon, and
WHEREAS, the Board considered the request for the Temporary Permit on the 18th day
of September, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 7, 1996,
at 9:00 a.m., to allow the Board to hold an evidentiary hearing concerning the application for a
Change of Ownership for said license from Robert W. Kline, dba Rewards Bar and Grill, to
Michelle L. Johnson, Inc., dba Michelle's Saloon, with the issues of said evidentiary hearing
being those set forth in the Board's resolution continuing the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 7, 1996, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of September, A.D., 1996.
