VI-9600096 Mendoza, Jose Sections 20.13.3 and 20.13.4 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Front exterior walls have partially collapsed, building posted as dangerous. Permit BC-9700259 to remove damaged portions of house, install permanent exterior wall, and use the remaining structure as storage only has expired without work being started. VI-9700101 Fred, Dale and Marlene-Property owners Kevin and Susan Halferty-Tenants Section 31.2 and 31.3.9 Noncommercial junkyard in the Agricultural Zone District VI-9700102 Sierra, Paul and Caroline Section 31.2 and 31.3.9 Noncommercial junkyard in the Agricultural Zone District VI-9700114 Mata, Billy Section 401.2.3.3 Uniform Code For The Abatement Of Dangerous Buildings Estimates for asbestos and debris removal have been submitted. The house has been posted as a dangerous building; however, it has not been secured against entry. VI-9700149 Faulk, Jerry and David Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Section 70 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Mobile home and addition without the appropriate zoning and building permits in the Agricultural Zone District VI-9700195 Wollert, Harvey and Gladys Sections 31.2, 31.3, 31.4 and 31.4.8 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Too many dogs and cats without a Special Review Permit in the Agricultural Zone District The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
