RELEASE OF LIEN
THIS RELEASE OF LIEN is signed this 4th day of December 1995, Weld County, Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on November 20,1989, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, by Resolution made an assessment of costs of improvements for Weld County Road
70/Antelope Hills Local Improvement District No. 1989-4, against a property located at 33901
Siasconset Road also known as Parcel No. 080713203003 in the office of the Weld County
Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, said assessment was in the sum of $615.38, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said parcel, Sheldon R. and Brenda L. Stroman, have paid the
entire assessment of$615.38.
NOW, THEREFORE, Weld County, Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, hereby declares that the lien created by the above described
Resolution against the above described property is satisfied in fulland is hereby released from said
