REVISED ACCESS ROAD PLAN

Enclosed are two copies of the revised access road plans (Sheet C-2) for EWSL as requested in your letter of
November 20, 1996.
The access road plan was revised to provide additional information as requested in your November letter, which
included a memorandum from Mr. Don Carroll (Project Coordinator, Weld County Public Works Department )
to Todd Hodges (Weld County Planning Department), dated October 16, 1996 that outlined information to be
added to the access road plan. Specifically, the enclosed Sheet C-2 was revised to include the following requested
information:
1) The amount of asphalt that the design requires is included in the typical cross section access road detail.
2) The acceleration lane has been labeled to designate that particular cross section detail.
As indicated in your November 20, 1996 correspondence, we understand that by this submittal, our request to
realign the landfill access road as shown on the plans titled "East Weld Sanitary Landfill, Weld County, Colorado
Construction Plans Proposed Access Road and Grading" dated September 18, 1996, including the enclosed revised
Sheet C-2 will be documented as a minor change to the Special Review permit.
