RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ANITA DRAKE TO POUDRE RIVER TRAIL CORRIDOR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Poudre River Trail Corridor Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anita Drake be appointed to said board, to
replace Keith McIntyre, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Anita Drake to said board, with her
term to expire in June 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Anita Drake be, and hereby is, appointed to the Poudre River Trail Board,
with her term to expire in June 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of August, A.D., 1995.
