ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
WHEREAS, the growth in population in certain precincts
in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, has made changes in precinct
boundaries necessary in order that all precincts may be in compliance
with the law, it appears that it is mandatory and desirable and necessary
that the Board of Commissioners of. Weld County, Colorado now consider,
determine and establish certain modifications in the following boundary
lines:
Shall consist
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT
PRECINCT THIRTY—FIVE OF THE COUNTY
OF WELD, STATE OF. COLORADO,
of all that area lying within the following described
boundary lines: Commencing at the point of intersection of the North
line of Section 20,Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.,
with the center line of U.S.Highway No. 85; thence South along said
U.S. Highway No. 85 one-half mile,more or less, to its point of
intersection with the East and West center line of Said Section 20;thence
East one-half mile, more or less,to the East Quarter corner of said
Section 20;thence North one-fourth mile, more or less,to the
Northwest corner of t'e Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 21, in said Township and Range; thence East one-half mile,more
or less to the center line of the South Platte River; thence Southwesterly
along t'e center of said River to its point of intersection with the
North line of Section 28, Township
thence East one-half mile, more or
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
South one-half mile, more
Southwest Quarter of the
5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th.P.M.;
less, to the northeast corner of the
Quarter of said Section 28; thence
or less, to the Southeast corner of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 28; thence
West one and one-half miles, more or less, to the point of intersection
of the East and West center line of Section. 29,Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6t'. P.M. with the center line of the Platte River;
thence Southwesterly along the center line of said
river to its point of
intersection with the center line of U.S.Highway No. 85; thence in a
Northeasterly direction along the center line of U.S.Highway No. 85 to
its point of intersection with the center line of Ninth Street of the

town of Evans; thence West along the center line of said Ninth Street to
its point of intersection with the center line of Fifteenth Avenue of
the town of Evans; thence North along the center line of the Fifteenth
Avenue of Vie Town of Evans to its point o' intersection with the Northwest
corner of Pleasant Acres Trailer Court; thence in a Northerly direction
along the Evans town limit line to its intersection with the North line
of Section 19,Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.; thence
East along the North line of said Section 19 and of 'section 20,
Township 5 N9rth,Range 65 West of the 6th. P.M. to its point of
intersection with the center line of U.S.Highway No. 85, being the
point of beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the followlIng vote:
