ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
KNAUS SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the
Knaus Subdivision, First Filing, being a part of the North half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the North Quarter Corner(N4 Cor) of said Section 8,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. and considering
the North line of the Northeast Quarter (NEl) of said Section 8 to
bear North 89°29'00" East and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto:
Thence North 89°29'00" East along the North line of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of said Section 8, 803.00 feet; thence South 00°31'00"
East, 315.11 feet; thence South 89°29'00" West, 103.15 feet; thence
South 00°31'00" East, 1,012.69 feet to a point on the south line of
the North half (Nz) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section
8; thence South 89°35'20" West along the south line of the North
half (Ni) of the Northeast Quarter (NEl) of said Section 8, 703.71
feet to a point on the West line of the North half (n2) of the
Northeast Quarter (NEI) of said Section 8; thence North 00°21'00"
West along the West line of the North half (N) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of said Section 8, 1,326.51 feet to the point of
beginning; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE BARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
APPLICATION OF DAVE KNAUS, JR. and KATHERINE KNAUS
Address Greeley, Colorado
Moved by George Mosier that the following resolution be introduced for passage
by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the Knaus Subdivi-
sion, Filing No. 1, Final Plat, covering the following described property in
Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
Part of the North One-half of the Northeast Quarter of Settion 8, Township 5
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.
be recommended faborably to the Board of County Commissioners subject to the convey-
ance of the South 1 foot of the North 51 feet of the North Half of the Northeast
Quarter, except Knaus Subdivision 1st Filing.
Motion seconded by Leonard Bartels.

The Chairman declared the motion passed and ordered that acertified copy of this Res-
olution be forwarded with the file of this case to the Board of County Commissioners
for further proceedings.

certify that the above and foregoing Resolution is a true copy of Resolution of Plan-
ning Commission of Weld County, Colorado, adopted on December 6, 1965, and recorded in
Book No. VII, Page No. 61, of the proceedings of said Planning Commission.
