A. Hewitt moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, in order to obtain the right-of-way for road, it was necessary for Weld County to purchase on October 4th, 1924, an entire tract, described as follows : Beginning at the quarter corner on the east aide of the Northeast Quarter of Section Fifteen, Township Eight North , Range 58 West of the 6th P. M. , thence running west 620 feet; thence south 26 degrees 9 minutes east 120 feet; thence south 10 degrees 34 minutes east 171 feet, thence east 30 feet, thence north 1325 feet to the place of beginning; all being in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Fifteen. Said tract is of no value to the County, ex- cepting such portion thereof as is actually used for public highway and has no sale value, and the Town of Raymer has offered to take over said traot for public purposes. BE IT RESOLVED, That in, consideration of One Dollar, the Board execute quitclaim deed to the Town of Raymer for said tract, subject to public highway and subject to reversion whenever the same shall cease to be used for public purposes. Commissioner F. L. Prom a point } mile South of the NB corner of Sec. 15, T. 8, R. 58, thence to the SW * of Section 10, thence 2 miles North on the } section line, thence one half mile West to the NW oorner of Sec. 3, T. 8, R. 58. ie last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above•laid out and viewed being'over the most practicable route which we in our judgment can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for,viz.:: We recommend that the portion of road prayed for, beginning one quarter mile South of the Northeast corner of Section 15, Township 8, Range 58, ruining North on section line to the Northeast corner of said section, thence West one mile, thence North two miles, be not granted account of route be impracticable.
