Beginning at a point on the south line of the Southwest
Quarter (WI-) of Section Four, Township Seven North, Range
Fifty-eight West of the 6th P. M., from whence the south quarter
corner of said Section Four bears easterly a distance of fifteen
(15) feet; Thence northerly along a line parallel with and
distant fifteen (15). feet westerly from the East line of said
Southwest Quarter (SW?) of Section Four a-distance of twelve
hundred (1200.) feet, more or less, to the present travelled
highway.

Your Viewers appointed on the 30th day of July -
19.26 to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your
}honorable body on the above named day and
date, a copy oiwhich has bee received by us, viz: ommenciryat

and ram. thence west between Sections Nine and Four, and Eight and Five,
on the section line between said sections , approximately one and one-
fourth miles , to where said highway will meet the State Highway, running
parallel with the G. h.. & Q. railway.

Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said pro-
posed road, on the 11th--- .----. - .. .-day of August 19 262t the hour of.2430 o'clock
LAT., being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as
follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and run.

ROAD PETITION.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Wald County, Coio.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
The Southwest corner of Section Three , Township Seven North ,
Rang. Fifty-Setght ( 58 ) West of the bth P. Y. , and run theta--
west between Sections Nine end Pour , and Eight and Five , on
the section line between said sections , approximately One and
One-fourth miles , to where said highway will meet the State
Highwey , running parallel with the C . B . & Q. railway,

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld
the receipt of which is hereby ack owle4ged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right*of“Way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
