RE: APPROVE CHANGE OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE FOR CONO-SERVICES, INC., DBA
CONOCO #06355, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Cono-Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06355, holder of a 3.2% Beer License in
Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Change of Corporate Structure, and
WHEREAS, said change of corporate structure is as follows: Thomas J. Casbeer replaces
David C. Rising as Vice -President and Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said change
of corporate structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Change of Corporate Structure submitted by Cono-Services, Inc., dba
Conoco #06355, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said change.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of March, A.D., 1995.

It has come to my attention that I made an error regarding the list of corporate officers
on the report of changes form I recently filed for Cono-Services, Inc. The position of
Treasurer should be correctly listed as: Treasurer and Vice President: Thomas J.
Casbeer.
I am still waiting on a new Master File letter from the state. When I receive that I will
send it along with amended report of changes forms.
