CARL SMITH, dba,
SANITATION ENGINEERING CORP.
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, State of Colorado, that the respondent
herein, Sanitation Engineering Corporation, was not able to proceed
with the hearing called in this cause because of the absence of Mr.
Russell, Counsel for the respondent herein, and
WHEREAS, at the request of Mr. Carl Smith, one of the stock-
holders of said corporation, respondent herein, the matter of the
hearing of said cause has been continued to April 14, 1969, at 10:30 A.M.
in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners in the Weld County
Court House, Greeley, Colorado.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that a copy of this notice of hear-
ing be mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the above
named licensee, in care of Carl Smith, 8 Garden Office Center, Broom-
field, Colorado 80020.
