The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is west of and adjacent to Weld County Road 15;south of and adjacent to Weld County Road 84. All liquid and solid wastes shall be stored and removed for final disposal in a manner that protects against surface and groundwater contamination. 2. If applicable an Air Pollution Emission Notice (A.P.E.N. ) and Emissions Permit application must be submitted to the Air Pollution Control Division, Colorado Department of Health. 3. No permanent disposal of wastes shall be permitted at this site. 4. Waste materials shall be handled, stored, and disposed in a manner that controls fugitive dust, blowing debris, and other potential nuisance conditions. 5. The maximum permissible noise level shall not exceed the , residential limit of 55 db(A) as measured according to 25-12-102, Colorado Revised Statutes. 6. An individual sewage disposal system, is required for the proposed facility. The system must be designed by a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal. Prior to recording the plat, the applicant shall submit a waste handling plan to the Environmental Protection Service Division of the Weld County Health Department. The plan shall include at a minimum, the following: 1. ) A list of wastes which are expected to be generated on site (this should include expected volumes & types of waste generated) . 2. ) A list of the type volume of chemicals expected to be stored on site. 3. ) The waste handlerfacility where there waste will be disposed(include the facility name, address, and phone number) .
