RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND RESUBDIVISION, S #406, FOR PURPOSE
OF ADDITION OF NEW LOTS IN BLOCK 2 OF KAHN SUBDIVISION -AL ALEXANDER
A public hearing was conducted on November 6, 1996, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Chair
Commissioner George E. Baxter, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Kerni Keithley
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 30, 1996, and duly published October 3,
1996, in the North Weld Herald, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
Al Alexander for a Site Specific Development Plan and Resubdivision for purpose of addition of new
lots in Block 2 of Kahn Subdivision. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record. Kerni Keithley, Planning Department representative, presented a brief summary of the
proposal and entered the favorable recommendation of the Planning staff into the record as written.
She noted this request is to create two lots: one to be 1.3 acres in size, and one to be 1.07 acres
in size. Garry Woodman, Architect, represented the applicant and confirmed all Conditions of
Approval are acceptable. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner
Baxter moved to approve the request of Al Alexander for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Resubdivision for purpose of addition of new lots in Block 2 of Kahn Subdivision, based on the
recommendations of the Planning staff, with the Conditions of Approval as entered into the record.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Webster, and it carried unanimously.
