Thorpe Morning Fresh Farms 15121 WCR 32 Platteville, CO 80651 Dear Sir: This is in response to your letter requesting changes to AM SUP-44. Planning Staff reviewed your request to construct the material storage facility differently from originally submitted. Staff determined the proposed changes do not constitute a substantial change therefore will not require an amendment to the existing Special Use Permit. If you have any further questions please contact me at the above address or dall (970) 353-6100 ext 3540. Sincerely, rriym,cOf Sheri Lockman Planner 990031 • 01 rfln *_ 15121 Weld Co. We originally planned on using 18' diameter x 40' high steel tanks for this purpose, (see item "D" under Planned Construction on Amended SUP-44). However, improvements in tank design and demand for a wider variety of fertilizer mixes makes it more suitable for us to use more small tanks instead of a few large ones. Overall, the total storage capacity will be 600 tons as compared to the over 800 tons we were planning on. Although the location and specifics of these storage tanks is slightly different from our "Planned Construction" it is very similar and we believe does not constitute a change to Amended SUP-44.
