Dear Ms. Dunn: A copy of the latest revision of the DOS RIOS ESTATES SECOND FILING subdivision maps has been provided by Landmark Engineering, Ltd. Two concerns are currently being resolved: • Landmark has agreed to relocate a drain pipe to a location being 5 feet west of the east lot line of Lot 13, Block 3. This move will allow a greater separation between CIG's pipeline and the drain pipe. • CIG and Landmark are currently reviewing survey data for the delimitation boundaries of the easement which will contain CIG's two pipelines. An agreed upon description will be incorporated in an Agreement and Partial Release to be executed by Mrs. Joyce Allely and recorded in the Weld County records. The same description will be shown on the Dos Rios Estates Second Filing Subdivision Plats to be recorded in the Weld County records. CIG accepts the covenants as written and reiterates the need to be notified of the homeowners name, address and phone number upon the sale of a lot traversed by CIG's pipelines. Also, that CIG be contacted by any contractor hired by the subdivision to perform work within the boundaries of the easement.
