RE: BUILDING ADDITION TO EXISTING STRUCTURE. MISSOURI-ARKANSAS HATCHERIES
LLC ROGGEN CO.
DEAR MS LOCKMAN,
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD A 16'X 16' STRUCTURE TO THE EXISTING EGG TUNNEL
TO OUR FACILITY HERE IN ROGGEN. THE BUILDING WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE EGG
TUNNEL DIRECTLY TO THE WEST OF THE PROCESSING BUILDING. (SEE ATTACHED SITE
PLAN) IT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF CONCRETE BLOCK SINCE IT IS TO HOUSE OUR
BOILERS. THE EXTERIOR WILL BE INSULATED AND COVERED WITH METAL SKIN THAT
WILL MATCH THE EXISTING STRUCTURES.
OUR U.S.R DOES NOT SHOW THIS SMALL ADDITION. THEREFORE WE REQUEST
THAT YOU REVIEW THE PROJECT THAT WE ARE PROPOSING. DUE TO SIWF AND LOCATION
WE FEEL THAT IT IS A VERY INSIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE PLAN THAT HAS BEEN
APPROVED. THE ADDITIONOF THIS AREA WILL BENEFIT OUR WORKERS AND US. IT WILL
PROVIDE A SAFER MORE COMFORTABLE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
WE WOULD LIKE TO START THIS PROJECT IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE, AND
WOULD ASK FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE Al 1ENTION ON THIS MATTER. SHOULD YOU HAVE
