No, —_,176644O —/ "rn n4 Mory Ann Feuerstein, Recorder "J O L of zone, and to` x'784 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Wednesday, May 22, 1968, at 2:00 P, M., in the chambers of the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County at Greeley, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing the petition of Cecil H. Pulliam, 311 16th Avenue Court, Greeley, Colo- rado, requesting a change of zone from "R" Residential District to "MB" Mobile Home District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was represented by one of the occu- pants of a trailer in said area, and WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements from those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission as submitted April 2, 1968, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the petition of Cecil H. Pulliam, 311 16th Avenue Court, Greeley, Colorado, for change of zone from "R" Re- sidential District to "MH" Mobile Home District, said area being more particularly described as follows: Lots One (1) through Nine (9), Pulliam Subdivision, and Lots One (1) through Five (5), Pulliam Subdi- vision Second Filing; being a subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Six (6) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. , is hereby granted under the conditions following: 1. Any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be ap- proved by the State Health Department. 2. All applicable subdivision regulations, zoning regulations and mobile homes and mobile park regulations shall be followed and complied with to the satisfaction of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado. 3. Subject to the approval of the Greeley Planning Commission and the City of Greeley, Colorado. Dated this 22nd day of May, 1968.
