Collins 4) l I have reviewed the application and have the following comments: , I would like the applicant to provide the approximate number of vehicles that may be stored on the site at one time. Is this facility limited to only passenger vehicles or will there be tractor-trailer rigs parked there? If so, we may need to address the turning radius within the storage area to accommodate larger vehicles. Would the applicant be willing to give up one of their existing driveways to limit multiple access to WCR 13? Does the main access to the commercial area have an adequate turning radius to accommodate transport vehicles such as roll-back car haulers? The minimum width for a commercial access is 24' wide with a 40' radius per the Weld County Public Works policy. cc: Commissioner Hall USR-1107 file plan4.dc 560654 Hello
