AND ASSIGN COUNTY CERTIFICATE # 271, 1964:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
to sell and assign County Certificate #271 of the year 1964 tax sale for the
1963, with the 1964, 1965, 1966 taxes endorsed thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interest of the County to cancel said tax sale
certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be and
he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate Number 271 of 1964
for the taxes on 1963 on Improvement on the Railroad right-of-way at Gilcrest
with the 1964, 1965, 1966 taxes endorsed thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs:
County Certificate No. 271 of the 1964 tax sale was issued to
the County for the taxes of,1963, with the 1964, 1965, 1966 taxes
endorsed thereon, on Imps on RR r/w Gilcrest Out, and since the Imps
have been removed and will no longer be assessed and the 1967 taxes
have been abated, I, therefore, request a resolution authorizing the
County Treasurer to cancel County Certificate No. 271 of the 1964
tax sale.
