RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER BARBARA J. KIRKMEYER TO
THE PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer be
reappointed to the Weld County Placement Alternatives Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioner Barbara J.
Kirkmeyer to said commission, with her term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Weld County Placement Alternatives Commission, with her term to expire
December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of January, A.D., 1998, nunc pro tunc January 1, 1998.
