(Attach additional sheets if necessary) The petitioner ceased operations in Weld County in 1993. All personal property was removed from the county prior to December 31, 1993. The land was restored to its previous use. On April 15, 1994, the petitioner mailed its Weld County property tax rendition. Attached to this rendition was a statement that all property had been removed from the county. Inadvertently, the personal property listed on the face of the rendition was not marked out.
