The petitioner ceased operations in Weld County in 1993. All personal
property was removed from the county prior to December 31, 1993. The land
was restored to its previous use. On April 15, 1994, the petitioner
mailed its Weld County property tax rendition. Attached to this rendition
was a statement that all property had been removed from the county.
Inadvertently, the personal property listed on the face of the rendition
was not marked out. When we received the attached Notice of Valuation,
we failed to notice that a mistake has occurred.

Dear Property Owner:
This is to advise you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners will hear your petition for
abatement or refund of taxes on the property described as: Equipment on CHEVRON YARD do
KENNETH SE4 22 8 66. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7, 1995, at 9:00 a.m.,
at which time you may be heard. You are required to submit any supporting documentation
regarding this petition to the Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the Weld County Assessor's
Office at least seven calendar days prior to the meeting date in order for it to be considered at said
meeting. The Assessor is recommending that the Board approve your petition.
The meeting will be held in the First Floor Meeting Room, Weld County Centennial Center, 915
