This is my second letter of Reprimand, in this matter with Weld County Planning, and whom-ever else is involved. I am very upset at this point and DEMAND clarification of these said problems. I have invested every penny I own in: 15024 Mary Ave. a total of $170, 000 dollars cash. and,Parcel 1309 27 300003 I went through every County Office/Agency required to put my second home on Parcel 1309 27 300003. I paid all fees and followed every aspect of Weld County Laws and rules. I was then going to sell my first home, 15024 Mary Avenue, only to be informed - MONTHS - later that it was illegally subdivided? So I decided to move back to 15024 Mary Avenue and sell my second home, Parcel 1309 27 300003, Only to be informed MONTHS later that it also was an illegally split Parcel? So Weld County Laws and Rules were violated over 18 years ago and yet your Planning Department would rather hold me responsible. Both properties should be released for sale and the said problems should be GRANDFATHERED-IN! I have called and spoke with more Weld County workers than I care to remember, each it seems, with their own rules. EXAMPLE: Late July early August: "Sharon White" informed me via telephone conversation, that my new address for Parcel 1309 27 300003 = 15076 Mary Avenue. I still receive my electric bill to this address, delivered to my 15024 Mary Ave, Mailbox. A YEAR later I am told once again over the phone that this address is not legal and that Sharon White no longer works in this department???? cc: 81e, 982578 Then when I bitched enough people in your offices finally got together and gave my Parcel 1309 27 300003 an address, which by the way I still do not agree with. 15075 Higgins. And the Planning Office also informed me that all of my Permits for Parcel 1309 27 300003 should have never been granted? This they never let me forget. I have documented 80% of my telephone calls and personal contacts with Weld County Offices for my own protection. I will relinquish this entire list if necessary. As I mentioned at the start of this letter, that I invested every penny here in this property. And noi.z a days I am barely getting by finacially. My Disability income is only $420.00 a month. So as a result of Weld County' s delays, and restrictions upon the LEGAL sale of said properties I have been forced into selling and pawning everything I own just to feed my family and pay my bills. I am extremely upset. I do not expect MONEY from Weld County. I am not expecting anyone to be fired at Weld County. I only want this matter rectified in a fair and timely manner so that I can sell and go on with my life I spoke once again with "Sherry Lockman" this morning and allthough she is trying to get my properties back to legal she stated she would rather not listen to my complaints about the entire mess anymore particularly the new address? And I as an American, Coloradan Tax-Payer who helps to pay all of Weld Counties Employees Lively-Hoods can not accept this type treatment any longer. Sincerely Upset Marty K. I have been waiting patiently for your decisionsogiven 15076 rdg w s not only a new address - Which by the way Mary Ave. once by "Sharon White" , only to be told a year later that "She does not work in this office anymore" ' And that was not a legitimate address? When I called for the Legitimate address I was told to call David Lucero, In which I did promptly, only to leave a message as he was not in, that was June 26 , 1998. I called again the following Tuesday June 30, 1998 and once again was met with the answer machine and I again left the message to contact me for a new address. I never got called back.? That Upsets me. I requested permission to Sub-Divide the 13.92 acres I own, over a year ago. I even went as far as a meeting with "Scott" in your W.C. Planning Office. But after 6 month' s waiting he could only muster a telephone message for me stating that he had not even opened my files and would be returning them to the front offices, where I began, with no help. Finally today your office decides to give my 13 .92 acre home an address, oh but not to me the owner - no but to a Realtor? How about that? I thought that was the owners information? And I hear tell, that some expensive sub-divisions are needed before sales can be legal. Then why was I allowed to buy these properties? It sounds like your problems - not mine! And what about all of this talk of "Grand-Fathered In" Your 13 .92 acres. Permit 3 set-up address your office usedwasto be on temporary only. And yet someone entered in your computer that the new set-up was to be the only home on 15024 Mary Ave. As if I were removing the existing home at this addaddress.ed tell And rather than discuss this with me you people 77722 om the Realtor people this information who then told me Look your county is large I know, then you should hire the appropriate staff to rectify these type serious problems. I for one will tell you I am EXTREMELY UPSET! I also know that I am not the only home owner in Aristocrat who is upset. Especially considering I have followed your rules! I have paid for all of your permits you required. I have and pay healthy taxes to pay for your living, so try and make my life a little easier and get this mess straightened out once and for good. The letter of 10/21/98 mentions zoning violations which preclude issuance of building permits. Technically these are also subdivision violations Has the Board been asked to issue a building permit on an illegal parcel-on parcel 1309 27 300003 and declined? Is this not an option ? I concur that there are illegal non-build able permits and the most permanent solution would involve RE and resubdivision. apart from the problem with the mailing address , I don't see any major problems with the way the case was handled and it appears that the most recent complaint was addressed by the staff in earlier letters.
