RE: APPROVE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT WITH UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Representation Agreement between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, and Utility Audit Services, with terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Representation Agreement between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Utility Audit
Services be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of May, A.D., 1995.

This agreement, entered on this: jad day of :
AUDIT SERVICES and : Weld County
regarding auditing of utility bills.
The parties to this agreement agree as follows :
1. CLIENT retains UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES to audit all utility bill(s) of CLIENT'S choice.
2. UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES will comply by all regulations of Colorado Public Utility Commission.
3. CLIENT understands that there is no charge, if CLIENT does not receive a refund, credit or savings
from said utility bill(s).
4. CLIENT understands that if a refund is received by the CLIENT from a utility company(s), UTILITY
AUDIT SERVICES will receive 50% of the refund or credit by the CLIENT
5. CLIENT understands that UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES will receive 50% of future savings on any
utility bills for the period of THREE years resulting from UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES' audit.
6. Savings if any, shall be paid to UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES in six month billing cycles. Past
savings, if any, shall be paid to UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES when received.
7. CLIENT understands CLIENT shall he responsible for any collection expenses, including reasonable
attorney fees, incurred by UTILITY AUDIT SERVICES if CLIENT does not comply with terms of
this representation agreement.
8. This contract transfers, with all provisions and stipulations, to new owners, should this property(s) be
sold or released during the contract period.
