RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A HOTEL/RESTAURANT LICENSE WITH
EXTENDED HOURS, FOR ROBERT KLINE, DBA REWARDS BAR AND GRILL, 10763
TURNER BLVD., LONGMONT, COLORADO 80504-9578
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Robert Kline, dba Rewards Bar and Grill, 10763 Turner Blvd., Longmont,
Colorado 80504-9578, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, an application for a Change of Ownership of a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, with
extended hours, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on
the premises only, said License previously held by Del Camino, Inc., dba Las Carretas Del Camino,
and
WHEREAS, Section 12-47-106.5, C.R.S., which became effective July 1, 1991, allows for
the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee of an
existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic beverages
at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain conditions, and
WHEREAS, Robert Kline has complied with all of the conditions set forth in said Section,
and
WHEREAS, Robert Kline has also submitted the required application fee for said temporary
permit of $100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that having examined said application and other qualifications of the applicant
for the transfer of the Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, with extended hours, and having considered
said request for a temporary permit, does hereby grant to Robert Kline, dba Rewards Bar and Grill,
10763 Turner Blvd., Longmont, Colorado 80504-9578, a Temporary Permit to conduct business
and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, at
said location in accordance with the license previously held by Del Camino, Inc., dba Las Carretas
Del Camino, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the
application for Change of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall occur
first.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On the 12th day of June, 1995, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve the Change of Ownership request of Robert Kline, dba Rewards Bar
and Grill, for a Hotel/Restaurant Liquor License, with extended hours with said license
previously being held by Del Camino, Inc., dba Las Carretas Del Camino, and expiring on
January 31, 1996. The required documents for the Change of Ownership have been
submitted to the Colorado State Department of Revenue for its approval. Until notification
has been received from the State advising whether this Change of Ownership request has
been approved or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the continued sale of malt,
vinous, and spirituous liquors at this establishment which is located at 10763 Turner Blvd.,
Longmont, Colorado 80504-9578, under Temporary Permit which has been approved by the
Board. This Temporary Permit allows Robert Kline, dba Rewards Bar and Grill, to conduct
business and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the
premises only, at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously held by Del
Camino, Inc., dba Las Carretas Del Camino, subject to all other rules and regulations set
forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120
days, or until such time as the application for Change of Ownership is approved by the State
of Colorado, whichever shall occur first.
