RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT AND COMMUNITY
REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Local Energy Impact and Community Review
Team, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Willard Martin be appointed to said board, to
replace Gary Novinger as the City of Greeley representative; Dennis Disario be appointed to
replace Glen Hanson as the School District representative; and Ted Chavez be appointed to
replace Ron Linnebur as a mayoral representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Willard Martin, Dennis Disario, and
Ted Chavez to said board, with no term expiration dates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Willard Martin, Dennis Disario, and Ted Chavez be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Local Energy Impact and Community Review Team, with no term expiration
dates.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of September, A.D., 1998.

RESOLUTION NO. 54 , 1998
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLARD P.MARTIN AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY
OF GREELEY TO THE WELD COUNTY LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT REVIEW TEAM.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Greeley,Colorado, is desirous of continuing its
participation in the Weld County Local Energy Impact Review Team("Team");and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Greeley, Colorado, believes that the Fire Chief
of the Union Colony Fire Rescue Authority has in the past been an excellent liaison and will continue
to be an excellent liaison between the Team and the City.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GREELEY:
Section I. The City Council hereby appoints Willard R Martin as the City representative to
the Weld County Energy Impact Review Team.
Section 2 This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage, as provided
by the Greeley City Charter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18t uday of August, 1998.
