RE: WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY 1996 FINAL BUDGET HEARING
A public hearing was conducted on December 6, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chairman
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 31, 1995, and duly published November 9,
1995, in the North Weld Herald, a public hearing was conducted to consider the 1996 budget for the
Weld County Housing Authority. Donald Warden, Director of Finance and Administration, made this
a matter of record. He stated the total 1996 budget for the Weld County Housing Authority is
$2,501,632.00. He also presented a resolution summarizing expenditures and revenues for each
fund and adopting the 1996 budget for the Housing Authority. No public testimony was offered
concerning this matter. Commissioner Webster moved to approve the resolution summarizing
expenditures and revenues for each fund and adopting the 1996 budget for the Weld County
Housing Authority as presented by Mr. Warden. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Kirkmeyer, and it carried unanimously. Mr. Warden then presented a resolution appropriating sums
to the various funds and budget units for the Housing Authority. There being no public testimony,
Commissioner Baxter moved to approve said resolution. Commissioner Kirkmeyer seconded the
motion, which carried unanimously.
