COLORADO Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the March 10,
1998, hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services is requesting that the Board review
the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
VI-9600275, Fallon,John
Section 70.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance.
Mobile home has not had the following inspections approved: skirting, final plumbing, final electric, steps and
landings.
VI-9700223, Soliz, Paul
Section 70.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance. •
Mobile home has not had the following inspections approved:mechanical, skirting,water service,final plumbing,
final electric, steps and landings.
VI-9600266, Seewald, Dennis and Carolyn
Sections 71.4.2, 50.5.3 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance.
Mobile home has not had the following inspections approved: final electric, final approval.
VI-9700163 Hillman,John and Judith
Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and Section 70 of the Weld County
Building Code Ordinance.
Mobile home located on the property without the appropriate permits.
The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal
action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and
any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services'office or the Weld County
Attorneys Office.
