/7/ We, the undersigned 00M/ owners, of lands adjoining County Road (s) in
Weld County, Colorado, respectfully4petition your Honorable Board to permit/WI/ us,
tb establish, and/Ap'i/ our successors in interest to maintain A cattle guards

at the following location (s)s Township North, Range 63 West, of -the 6th
P. M., Weld County, Colorado, between Sections:
1. On the South side of Sections 9 and 10
2. On the East side of Sections 3 and 10
3. On the South side of Sections 8 and 9
4. On the North side of Sections 4 and 5
5. On the North side of Section 9
6. On the East side of Section 4
/Z//We, agree that if permission is granted by your Board,/f//Ne, will es•
tablish and construct said cattle guard (s) in accordance with the following specifica-
tions, to wit:
16 feet minimum width, well for gate to be made of 8 inch walls of
cement with center support. Floor or roadway of gate'to be made of
new pipe no smaller than 1 1/2 inch diameter.
at/tAfour,our, own expense and will keep and maintain each said cattle guard in conform-
ity with specifications and with any additional specifications which may be hereaf-
ter required or imposed as to such cattle guard (s), and on demand by said Board will
remove same, and will at/I///our, own expense restore said County Roadi(s) to /%%j/
(their) former condition, or failing so to do within fifteen (15) days after demand
will be liable to and will pay to said County its expense of so doing; and .fl// We,
will mark and guard said cattle guard (s) and approaches thereto during construction,
use and removal in so as far as practicable, to protect the public • and ' all persons
using said cattle guard (s) and road (s).

We, the undersigned, being either the owners of the real
property affected or the principal users of the County Roads to be
af£ected,do hereby consent to the proposed changes to be made by
Glen E. Lewis and Iola 0. Lewis as as hereinafter incited; and, we
Petition you to grant the changes proposed.
PROPfSED CHANGE:
Glen E. Lewis and Iola 0. Lewis to install, at their
expense, and maintain, at their expense, metal cattle guards
approximately six feet in width and at least sixteen feet in
lengt4 of the usual form and construction as is the custom _
r- - -and practi1-3raar'-area, all tbrbe properly iris-tailed upon
the County Roadways located as follows:
1, On the South Side of Sections Nine (9) and Ten (10);
2. Oh the East Side of Sections Three (3) and Ten (10);
