Home My WebLink About992338.tiff V-4 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL - MOUNT CALVARY LUTHERAN CHURCH - USR #923 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #901101 dated October 31,1990, the Board did approve Special Review Permit, USR #923, for expansion of an existing church in the R-2 (Duplex Residential) Zone District, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #920112 dated February 12, 1992, the Board did accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit #56, drawn on the First Security Bank of Fort Lupton, P.O. Box 228, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, in the amount of$3,260, and WHEREAS, on July 16, 1999, the Weld County Departments of Public Works and Planning Services staff conducted a visual inspection and hereby recommends release of said collateral, and WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the County Attorney's Office, the Board deems it advisable to release said Irrevocable Letter of Credit #56. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, Irrevocable Letter of Credit#56, drawn on the First Security Bank of Fort Lupton in the amount of$3,260 be, and hereby is, canceled and released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to return said letter of credit to the appropriate issuing party. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of September, A.D., 1999.
