Home My WebLink About950085.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CHANGE OF CORPORATE STRUCTURE FOR CONO-SERVICES, INC., DBA CONOCO #06355, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Cono-Services, Inc., dba Conoco #06355, holder of a 3.2% Beer License in Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Change of Corporate Structure, and WHEREAS, said change of corporate structure is as follows: James G. Fuqua, Jr., replaces Robert B. Merchant as President; William A. Nahill, Jr., replaces David C. Rising as Vice -President; Werner R. Kraatz replaces James G. Fuqua, Jr., as Secretary; William A.
