Home My WebLink About992255.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LINDA CHASE TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Linda Chase be appointed to said board as the alternate member, to replace Kathleen Laurin, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Linda Chase to said board, with her term to expire March 4, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Linda Chase be, and hereby is, appointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, with her term to expire March 4, 2002. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of September, A.D., 1999.
