I would like to clarify the work sheet that was given to the County Attorney yesterday before the hearing.
A few minutes before the hearing I realized one of the standards I intended to be included in this review
was not included in the development standards. I spoke with Sheri Lockman and asked if we could add
this standard. Sheri requested that I turn in my work sheet so they would have something in writing. I
agreed.
I would like this memo to serve as a clarification to that worksheet, a more formal request to add the
necessary language.
The Environmental Health Services would like to add an additional development standard to USR-1238
that was over looked by our Department. Please add this development standard:
#) No on-site disposal of produce of any type shall be permitted at anytime. Produce shall be handled and stored
at the facility in such a manner so that no nuisance is created by odor,blowing of debris,fugitive dust,or spoiled
produce on or around the facility.
