WHEREAS. Charles O. Bursiel was, at a General Election hei(; on
November 4, 1958, elected to the Office s'f County Treasurer of Weld County ,
Colorado„ for a term commencing January 13, 1959 and extending over a pericl
of four years thereafter, and
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the Board of County Commissioners to
fix the amount of the bond of Charles O. Bursiel , as County Treasurer.
NOW. THEREFORE. havira considered the amount of such bond : B
IT RESOLVED. that the amount of said bond for Charles 0. Bursiel as r',uity
Treasurer, he and the same is hereby fixed in the penal sum of One Hundred
Thousand Do'.lars (100,000.00).
