It was brought to the attention of the Department of Planning Services that the applicant would like to store farm equipment and sell the equipment from the property. There would be an outside storage area on the west side of the existing building. This was originally sent to the referral agencies on May 11, 1998 as a Special Review permit to manufacture and assemble agricultural weedburners and farm crop sprayers and repair farm machinery. These uses would still be proposed, as well as the storage and sale of farm equipment. This case was continued at the July 7, 1998 Planning Commission to August 18, 1998.
