Enclosed is an application from Paul and Louanne Timm for a Site Specific Development Plan and
a Use by Special Review for a Bed and Breakfast. The parcel of land is described as Part of the
NE4 Section 12, T11 N, R64W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel
of land for which this application has been submitted is approximately 1'h mile north of Weld
County Road 128 and approximately 1'A mile east of Weld County Road 57.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or
